Charting Your Next Steps

I’m Roselyn Rowland-Heger, founder of RH Coaching Hub. 

After years in education and leadership roles, I realised my best work happens when helping others uncover what’s next—in their lives, work, and personal transitions.  For more than 30 years my professional life has been centered around learning—teaching first-graders their first stories, guiding undergraduate students through final projects, and cheering on adults at evening courses after long workdays. The first fifteen of those years were spent teaching and coordinating curriculum in my home country of Belize while the past fifteen have been in my home away from home Germany, within a diverse international community. Along the way I’ve raised two boys, learned German, and discovered (daily) how resilient the human spirit can be.

Education and mentoring have always been my twin passions—coaching brings them together for your goals.
